RAISA Technologies is led by a team with over a decade of hands-on experience in defence procurement, systems integration, and ISR deployment — including UAV acquisition programmes, sensor and surveillance integration for fixed-wing and rotary aircraft, and patrol vessel delivery for Nigeria's naval forces. That track record now drives RAISA's mission: converged security intelligence built for Africa's most demanding environments.
